The Old Calf Shed at Jordans Courtyard

The Old Calf Shed at Jordans Courtyard stands conveniently close to the A303 at Horton Cross. Serving seasonal and wholesome food and drink Tuesday – Sunday.
Amongst the warm and welcoming ham-stone buildings is the restaurant with ample inside seating and gorgeous outside seating on the sunny terrace. The building was once used as a calf shed when the estate was a fully working farm.
Breakfast is served from 9am with a varied menu including Cinnamon French Toast, Field Mushrooms, poached eggs & Kedgeree. From 12 noon the menu changes to an extensive lunch menu that boasts light starters, handmade pizzas & flatbreads, and a selection of hearty dishes. The kitchen closes at 2pm, but the restaurant remains open until 3pm serving beautiful handmade cakes and pastries that accompany a wonderful cup of coffee or tea.
Jordans Courtyard is also home to a yoga studio, spa, nail bar, kitchen showroom, a plant nursery in the walled garden also an interior and gift shop bursting with Somerset artisan produce, so there’s plenty to delay your onward journey if you need a longer break.
