A working farm on the Cheshire and Lancashire countryside, Kenyon Hall Farm has been tended by the Bulmer family for generations, and the personal touch shows. In the shop you’ll find fresh seasonal fruit and veg, home-cooked jams, chutneys and cakes, speciality cheeses and meats, honey from the hives and oven-warm bread – perfect for a gold-standard picnic.
Everything served in the café – soups, stews, sandwiches, salads and cakes – are made fresh in the kitchen using local ingredients. Breakfast is a vision of proper farmhouse cooking – hearty fry ups with potato cakes, sausage and bacon, organic porridge with cream – served with rich Italian coffee and pots of tea.
In spring, the Plant Centre is in full bloom and a delight to browse. Come summer, the pick-your-own fields open for harvesting strawberries, raspberries, currants and more. Kids will love the outdoor play area, autumn maize maze and pumpkin-picking festival.
