At The Hobo.Co, Seb and the team bake everything on site to keep a constant flow of tempting goods rolling from the oven to the cooling ledge out front, ready to attract the eye of innocent passers-by.

The Shed creates coffee magic in a corner of the peaceful Hortus Loci plant centre. Seasonal salads, homemade soups, panini, luscious cakes and hearty meals emerge from the serving hatch. There are soft drinks too, like homemade lemonade in summer and spiced berry juice in winter. Don’t miss the oven-fresh cheese, chive and cayenne scones or the famous gluten-free triple chocolate brownies.

Comfy chairs, magazines and hanging seats on the cosy veranda encourage a moment of idleness, enveloped by blooming boughs and perfumed plants. There’s even a bureau nook – complete with WiFi and antique books should you want to set up office for an hour or so. In cooler months, heaters, blankets and hot water bottles are provided to keep you toasty in the fresh air.
